it was the best experience I had in any furniture store. The sales lady and manager were so helpful. Also the free delivery is one of the best in the market. Else were charges $200 for delivery of furniture. I recommend the store 110 percent.
All Brands Furniture in Edison, NJ has a great collection of furniture for various rooms as well as option to order from various catalogs. The quality of the furniture that we purchased is best grade. The shipping was free and the delivery & setup was in reasonable time. We were greeted and helped by Jenny who provided best in class service and answered all our questions with great details. The prices of all products are very competitive with other major stores in the area. Overall, we are glad that we made the right choice by buying our kid's furniture from All Brands and will buy again for our other rooms.
The sales process is great, the after sales is aweful. Delivery promised on Dec 9 and I don't have it yet (Dec 21). Everyone is just rude about the status, false promises, wrong status and even gave me wrong number to call to followup.

I was surprised with the collection of this furniture store for someone who is tight on budget. Good quality furniture for low price. I bought a dining set in Sept 2017 and was impressed by the staff service at the store. Free Delivery and the delivery men quickly and professionally installed all the parts. Because of there great service, I bought a curio and coffee table set in Nov 2017. Again impressed with the price and service without any disappointment.
We were looking for sofa and loveseat from long that time which will satisfy my needs of reasonable price and my convince of color and recliner. An associate there was very pleasant. Her name is ina she was very courteous and patience with us. She did not pressure to buy anything but answered all the questions that we had in very professional way.
