After shopping primarily at Amazon, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the solid prices and wonderful staff of Beach Camera. I’ve made more than one order here, and I wish I could thank everyone by name. Nathan was the last person who helped me out, and his patience was unparalleled.
They are lying thieves. Bought a camera bundle for my husband for Christmas. They didn’t send the most important part of the bundle: the memory card, printer, amongst other things. Without the memory card, the camera can’t work. And I don’t know if the camera is defective or not since it can’t work. Stay away from these liars.
I bought a camera from Beach Camera through Amazon, but my package arrived with a few missing accessories. I sent them a message and they put in an order for the missing items to be sent to me almost immediately. But I was doing more research on cameras and looking around for deals prior to the arrival of my package and decided to buy a different camera. I ended up telling Beach Camera that they could cancel the shipment for the missing accessories and that I wanted to send the camera back. The apologized for the inconvenience of the missing accessories and emailed me a return label. We both screwed up in this situation-- I should have done more research before making the purchase, and they should have doubled checked the contents of the order before sending it out to me. In the end, Beach Camera was very understanding and handled everything really well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them!

Bought a camera online from them, it arrived quickly and as promised. I was quite impressed and surprised by their service too! My initial order did not go through (CC company flagged it), and the next morning I got a phone call from their order dept asking if they could run it again. I said yes and everything was processed perfectly. Great alternative to other box stores!

I had an issue that needed to be resolved, and I was able to speak to representatives in person, and they were patient, kind, and helpful at every opportunity.
