Be sure to think twice before buying from this company. My husband and I purchased a product from them that was defective and they refused to pay for the return of it even though they knew it was defective. Such poor customer service when THEIR product was defective is unacceptable for a large company like this. They do not care about their customers. We even reached out to them a second time to give them a chance to make this right and to no avail. Choose more carefully when purchasing from them. Zero stars.
Really awesome company! Found what I was looking for and got the items quick too. Heck they even followed up to see if I had gotten the items and offered to assist with future purchases. Got a direct number to call as well. Great to see real customer service again! Thanks Buy Dig!
This is how online business and shopping should be handled. I bought a monitor for $400 and within a couple of days saw that amazon had listed the exact same model for $330. I reached out to Buydig’s customer service asking if they would perform a price match. After writing I looked at their pricing agreements and found out that it was against their policy to perform a price match. Yet they responded that they would make a one time exception for me and promptly refunded me the difference of the two prices. Excellent experience, can’t speak highly enough of this company.
The company reached out to us after we posted this and paid the full return postage, as well they should have in the first place. They were very apologetic and seemed genuinely sorry they did not resolve this issue initially. I will give them a second chance and suggest others do the same. Good service is the key to a successful business.
I don't know if you want a review for my most recent order a few days ago or my customer service experience about 45 minutes ago. To keep it simple. both were excellent, which is why I keep coming back for more.
I bought a TV for a great price with free 2 day shipping. When the price dropped over the weekend, I called and they immediately refunded me the difference. When I decided to return the TV because it just didn’t fit my room, I called and was connected with Janaya, who was incredibly nice and helpful, setting up same day pickup and followed up with a personal email with clear details. Outstanding customer service!! Will buy from them again.
